Month 2 of DC’s reboot/relaunch is here and with it comes the second issues of 13 titles. Among them are Action Comics, Detective Comics, Stormwatch, and Swamp Thing. While I wait for the second issues of Wonder Woman and Supergirl, let’s take a look at what’s happening in the DCnU this month . . .
Superman and Lex still disagree with each other. Lex thinks Superman is evil, Superman wants to break his neck . . . they really have so much in common it’s easy to see why they butt heads.
Swamp Thing is spilling his guts and filling us all in on his origin.
Animal Man has taken his daughter to fight off something evil within “The Red.”
The Stormwatch crew is busy protecting the Earth from evil while keeping the Justice League in the dark about who they are. Still no Apollo-on-Midnighter action to speak of . . . yet.
And the Justice League International is doubting Booster Gold’s leadership skills.
No sign of the impending Crisis yet but knowing DC it’s going to happen eventually.
